Job Description
We're looking for a creative Mid-Level Visual Designer to join our design team. We're a team that believes in mixing work with play. We focus on creating purposeful visuals and compelling stories that help brands engage and stand out. Let's chat if you're good at creating illustrations and perhaps have some video skills!
As a Mid-Level Visual Designer, you will be important in lifting brand/s within the digital landscape. Your creative talents will actively drive conceptualization, ideation, and the creation of impactful illustrations throughout the design process. You will be working as both a designer and a storyteller. While we embrace the creative spirit and some fun, we prioritize meeting deadlines and ensuring quick project deliveries.
- Graphics: Create visually stunning illustrations to bring brand narratives to life on digital platforms.
- Motion Design: Transform static concepts into dynamic experiences through your expertise in motion design.
- Branding: Develop and maintain brand identities that leave a lasting impression and resonate with our audience.
- Illustrations: Create and tailor illustrations and sketches to suit various digital platforms and audience preferences.
- Social Media Engagement: Understand the nuances of social platforms and design fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance social-media outcomes.
- Video Editing: Seamlessly blends visuals and narrative, creating impactful videos that tell a story.
- Communicating through nuanced use of color, tone, layout, composition, imagery, typography, interactions, and motion.
- Making ideas come to life through imagery and visual representations of concepts at various levels of fidelity.
- Take charge of the entire design process, from conceiving ideas to delivering the final collateral.
- Work closely with teams and encourage interactive collaboration to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
Skillset Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or experience in a related field to demonstrate your creative skills.
- Have at least 3+ years of experience, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.
- Excel in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Figma would be a bonus.
- If you possess video-making skills, that's a definite plus.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and clients, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Show your ability to transform ideas into well-designed visuals.
- Demonstrate your capacity to adapt designs for various digital platforms and target audiences.
- Understand design principles and their impact on user experience.
- Exhibit proficiency in quick iterations and refining designs.
- Display eagerness to learn about new design trends and methods continually.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, emails, presentations, print, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to develop designs that meet strategic goals and drive engagement.
- Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and design mockups based on briefs from internal teams or clients.
- Revisions & Iterations: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Typography & Layouts: Craft clean, effective designs using typography, color theory, grids, and layout principles to create visually appealing outputs.
- Quality Control: Proof designs and prepares final assets for digital or print production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every project.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to consistently bring fresh ideas to the table.
