About the role
You will support the marketing team by contributing to ongoing campaigns, research, reporting, and content work across channels. This internship combines core marketing execution with hands-on use of AI tools and workflows that are increasingly part of everyday marketing work.
The focus is on learning by doing and contributing to real execution.
What you will do
Support campaign and content execution
- Support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across social, email, and web.
- Create drafts and variations for posts, landing sections, and short campaign assets, then iterate based on feedback.
- Help manage basic campaign hygiene, such as calendars, checklists, asset coordination, and status updates.
Research and reporting
- Run competitor and audience research and convert it into short, usable notes.
- Collect performance metrics such as reach, clicks, sign-ups, and basic web or social statistics, and support reporting.
- AI-enabled marketing work
- Use AI tools to speed up drafting, repurposing, summarising research, and for other marketing work.
- Learn, document, and record use cases using Aeldris and other AI tools, with guidance from the AI and marketing teams.
How prompting fits
- You will write and refine prompts as part of getting better drafts, better variations, and more reliable summaries. Prompting is treated as part of execution quality, not as a separate skill.

- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable collaborating with peers
- Ability to follow briefs, edit your own work, and take feedback
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with tools and workflows
- Basic understanding of marketing is helpful but not required; ability to ramp up quickly matters more
- Exposure to AI tools and the ability to explain what you tried, why you tried it, and what the outcome was

- Your drafts and outputs improve over time with feedback
- You help the team save time or improve clarity through the practical use of AI
- Record and document practical AI use cases using Aeldris and other AI tools

This internship is designed to grow into a Gen Marketer role over time, with broader ownership and stronger judgment across marketing execution and AI-enabled workflows.
