Position: UI Designer
Location: Remote or Pune Office
Company Description:
We build AI-powered digital experiences - designed to perform, adapt, and handle complexity.
Some of our work includes modernizing UNICEF’s global platforms, rebuilding Stanford's infrastructure, and winning Splash Awards for our work with Diabetes.org.
We’ve also supported legal aid organizations, research institutions, and healthcare platforms dealing with legacy sprawl and fragmented systems, and built AI solutions using our orchestration system, Aeldris.
We take on the kind of problems packaged tools don’t solve - brittle systems, sprawling content, disconnected UX. Problems that require more than a stack and need thinking.
We’re engineers, designers, and product people who care about culture, how things work, and what they solve. Join us

Job Description
Brief:
We’re looking for a UI Designer with 2–3 years of experience, who can translate user needs into purposeful interfaces. Someone who can wireframe, prototype, and bring interfaces to life—balancing user empathy with visual clarity. You understand that design isn’t just what users see, but how it works. You can turn research into flows, wireframes into interfaces, and ideas into working experiences—keeping users at the center.
We’re not chasing trends—we design with clarity, scalability, and intention. You know when to follow convention, and when to break it.
As a UI Designer, you will:
- Design intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and developers to create seamless product experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Participate in design thinking workshops and team discussions.
- Apply usability principles to simplify complex problems.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and clarity in design.
- Use GenAI tools where they make your work better, not lazier.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and inform your design decisions.
- Bring clarity to chaos. Ask “why” before jumping to “how.”
- Capabilities of creating interactions and high-level prototypes.
Qualifications and soft skills that matter
- 2–3 years of experience in UI and Interaction Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive layout design.
- A good grasp of design systems, visual hierarchy, and layout fundamentals.
- Exposure to UX thinking, user research, and problem framing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- A portfolio that shows clean, intentional work with a clear rationale.
- A related graduate degree (Design, HCI, or similar) is a plus.
Nice to have skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools, OpenAI, or automated design workflows.
- Experience designing data-driven dashboards or admin panels.
- Comfort analyzing user behavior via Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Curiosity about how AI and design intersect in product development.
- Experience working with fast-moving product teams, feedback loops, and agile timelines.
What you’ll get
- Time and support to grow your skills.
- People who give feedback directly and with respect.
- People who want to do good work together.
- Remote or Hybrid, your choice, we allow you to work from our Pune or Delhi office, but we let you choose by default, flexible by design.
- The rest- benefits, policies, and how we work—is something our people team will walk you through properly.
We’d love for you to work from our Pune office, but the choice is yours. Remote or hybrid, it would be your call.
Apply. Show us your work, and let’s talk.
