Job Overview
We are looking for a Growth and SEO Specialist to drive high-quality leads and business growth through a combination of strategic SEO planning, content distribution, and analytics-driven decision-making. This role focuses on creating and implementing SEO strategies that fuel growth, reach the right audiences, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies that prioritize lead generation, enhance search rankings, and meet business growth objectives.
- Identify high-impact keywords and integrate them into content and website elements to target the right audiences.
- Develop and implement distribution plans to amplify content reach across key digital channels.
- Conduct technical audits and resolve issues affecting website performance, crawlability, and indexing.
- Build and sustain high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority and search visibility.
- Use AI-powered tools and bots to automate repetitive SEO tasks, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Measure the performance of SEO campaigns, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging digital trends.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record in lead generation, content distribution, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Clarity, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with AI-driven tools and automation bots to streamline SEO workflows and analyze data effectively.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms for tracking leads and integrating SEO with broader marketing strategies.
- Strong data interpretation abilities to extract actionable insights and refine strategies.
- Deep understanding of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work effectively with content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
- Quick and thoughtful in addressing SEO challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Precise in executing strategies and analyzing outcomes.
